Mrs Clarke’s General Store first introduced its eclectic range of home interiors and gifts in Stanton in 2017 and by July 2019 had settled in to the historic Chameleon House at 3 Redenhall Road in Harleston, expanding to include their own fully-licenced, gourmet coffee bar featuring a mouthwatering menu of locally sourced eats and treats.
This shopping experience provides a relaxed atmosphere, where one can browse through soft furnishings, antique pieces, an array of gifts and so much more, all while sipping a specialty coffee or a glass of rosé with delicious treats being prepared in the coffee bar.
Mrs Clarke’s gourmet menu
features all locally-sourced food and drink. Wine, beer, cheese, butter, pies, cakes, honey and more are all produced from within a 20-mile radius of the shop, while Mrs Clarke's own-brand coffee is brewed even closer to home. The impressive menu includes award-winning pies, patés, quiches, cakes, and sharing platters with delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options regularly available. “Being a Suffolk girl, my ambition was to produce a range of colours that is contemporary and luxurious, and of the highest quality. I also wanted my Brand to celebrate the finest, locally sourced ingredients Suffolk has to offer,” says Mrs Clarke.
